“Raminator”® Wins 2009 General Tire Monster Truck Thunder Drags® Crown.

Hall Brothers Racing's Hemi-powered machines repeat as top two monster trucks at 2009 4-Wheel Jamboree Nationals^® Series.

(INDIANAPOLIS)  The two monster trucks from the Hall Brothers Racing Team of Champaign, IL finished the 2009 General Tire Monster Truck Thunder Drags season in first and second place-the same way they dominated in 2008.  "Raminator", the bright-red Dodge Ram Hemi driven by Mark Hall, finished the season in first place, edging past teammate "Rammunition", driven by Geremie Dishman. The win for "Raminator" adds to the truck's dozen national championship titles and clearly makes it one of the top competition trucks of all time.

 "Bigfoot", from the famous stable of St. Louis, MO-based Bob Chandler and driven by Dan Runte, finished third for the General Tire Monster Truck Thunder Drag Season.  The General Tire "General" monster truck, driven by Steve Koehler and Chris Bergeron; and "Avenger", driven by Jim Koehler, both from the "Team Scream" shop in Columbus, MI finished fourth and fifth respectively for the 2009 season.  Making her first appearance in the final standings for the year was "High Maintenance" in sixth place driven by "Lil' Miss Dangerous" Jocelyn Perrin from Perrin Motorsports of Coopersville, MI.

The General Tire Monster Truck Thunder Drags were the headliners of the six-event series of 4-Wheel Jamboree Nationals.  These monster truck competition events were held in Springfield, MO; Lima, OH; Springfield, IL; Bloomsburg, PA; Essex Junction, VT; and Indianapolis, IN as well as the Truck & Jeep Fest^® in Canfield, Ohio.  Family Events, of Indianapolis produced the series for the 27th year.  The company specializes in producing exciting motorsport spectaculars that provide inexpensive all-day entertainment for the whole family.
